Keith performed the services and this is the second time he has serviced our home. I firmly believe he is one of the best at doing this service! He is thorough, thoughtful, and pays attention to detail in doing his job. I wish I could have Keith always performing the services for our home.

We’ve been using Natura for pest control for several years now and they consistently do a great job. Oscar was our tech today and he was super friendly, thorough and professional. We love that they use non toxic products and can spray inside the house, even with pets.

Both my husband and I are thoroughly impressed with Natura Pest Control. They are responsive and the staff from start to finish are customer service driven. Our plan with them also includes not only taking care of our property but also outdoor inground plants that may contract pests such as aphides. As of late, Luke Rogers, their tech specialist came to our house to identify why the ant population continued to pursue our property. As with all Natura technicians, he was polite, professional and a great listener. Luke, however, has an extensive knowledge of pests and beyond and a clear understanding of the ant population. He walked our property with us and discussed what we were experiencing. After listening to our concern to eliminate the ants in our home while hopefully not harming other insects (bees, butterflies, etc.) he came up with a plan. Executed the plan. And the following day, no ants!!! We could not be more pleased with their service. Thank you, Natura, from your front-line staff answering the phone and providing appropriate action to the talented technicians you employ. We are a happy customer.

Andrew did a great job on the first service of our new home! I noticed spiders and other bugs started making little homes all around our house, I called these guys and they came out the same day and took care of everything. Also love that they have a level pay option so you don’t have to pay all at once every quarter.

Ryan did a fantastic job and was extremely thorough. He went back and swept a few more places after I put from me. He looked at every surface carefully to make sure he’d gotten all the cobwebs he could.

Our first service with Natura went perfectly. The service man (Barron) was courteous and responsive. We were provided notification when our service person would arrive making it easy to be ready. He swept away the spider webs and knocked down the wasp nests. As well as sprayed all the areas we requested and granulated our lawn. We have had this done before with a different, larger pest control company and I can already feel and see the difference in service. So far so good. I'm looking forward to few bugs and a continued relationship with this company. Their personnel are fantastic.

Liam was polite and seemed to do a good job. I thought the service was a little pricey at 550 for 1 year and 4 quarterly visits. But I have to keep the wife happy and get rid of the wasps, ants and spiders. They said it was kid and pretty safe. I guess we'll see how effective it is. The service guy was professional and friendly

So far our experience with Natura has been a pleasant upgrade. Our technician Liam was phenomenal. He genuinely listened to our bug problems, addressed them thoroughly to the best of his ability, and the best part: the ants are all but gone from inside our house! Looking forward to seeing how our bug problems improve over the next year.

Skyler explained all that Natura does and the environmentally low impactful way of keeping ants and spiders our of the house, and we were booked for the next morning. Before starting, Liam thoroughly went over the treatment process, and kept me informed of what they were and had done. Very good communications.
